By accessing or using Human In The Loop (HITL)'s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Human In The Loop (HITL) provides a platform for seamless human-AI collaboration, including:

• Human oversight and intervention in AI decision-making processes
• AI agent monitoring and quality assurance tools
• Workflow management for human-AI collaborative tasks
• Real-time feedback systems for AI model improvement
• Integration tools for existing business processes
• Analytics and reporting on human-AI interactions

User Accounts

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is kept up to date

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent human oversight mechanisms
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
• Submit malicious content or instructions to AI agents

• Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer our AI models or algorithms

Intellectual Property

Our services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by HITL Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create using our services, but you grant us a license to use, store, and process such content to provide our services to you.

Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you process through our platform complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations. We maintain strict data handling practices to protect both human reviewer information and AI interaction data.

Human feedback and AI interaction data may be used to improve our platform and AI models, but will be anonymized and aggregated to protect individual privacy.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and continuous service, but we do not guarantee that our platform will be available at all times. We may:

• Perform maintenance and updates that may temporarily affect platform availability
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice to users
• Suspend access for violations of these terms or safety concerns
• Experience outages due to circumstances beyond our control
• Implement emergency measures to protect human reviewers or system integrity

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HITL Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of our platform.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

While we strive to maintain high-quality human oversight, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or reliability of human reviewer decisions or AI agent outputs.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HITL Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of our platform
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content, data, or instructions you submit through our platform
• Any decisions made based on AI agent outputs or human reviewer feedback

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. Any pending human review tasks will be reassigned, and access to historical data may be limited. All provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our platform shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
